For over a decade, the American Lamb Board (ALB) has celebrated February as Lamb Lovers Month—the perfect time to enjoy delicious American Lamb. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, ALB is serving up inspiration for romantic, cozy meals at home.

Lamb Jam, a coast-to-coast celebration of American lamb featuring top chefs from 7 markets, is kicking off during Lamb Lovers’ month in February.

The national lamb checkoff, directed by the American Lamb Board (ALB), is funded by mandatory assessments (checkoff) paid by all segments of the sheep industry. By federal law, all sheep or lambs of any age, including ewes, rams, feeder and market lambs, breeding stock and cull animals, are subject to the national lamb checkoff assessment at the time of every sale.

ALB is thrilled to announce the launch of the new Fan of Lamb Cooking Club, in partnership with the largest livestream cooking community in the world, Homemade, and head chef Joel Gamoran.
